Nessie the Loch Ness Monster?

Deep in the Highlands of Scotland lies one of Europe's most mysterious lakes. Loch Ness is 24 miles long which isn't really that big for a lake. What seperates this lake is its cold depths that range from 700 to 1000 feet deep. It is said that in these murky depths roams a huge creature.

The first modern day sighting of Nessie was recorded in 1880. This date has been disputed, because many people claim that the first real sighting of Nessie was in 1930. The date isn't really important because regardless of the year, there have been many stories about the large animal with a very long neck swimming in the water of Loch Ness.

Many people that live normal lives have reported seeing Nessie. Doctors, farmers, teachers, students, priests, and police officers have all told stories of Nessie the Loch Ness Monster.
