Flim Flam is the son of EL Nino. He lives with his dad somewhere off the coast of Peru in South America. Flim Flam controls most of what we call severe weather. The toys that he creates are called tornadoes, hurricanes, and lightning. He really doesn't enjoy hurting people when he creates severe weather, but he has so much fun playing with these phenominon, that he really doesn't care what happens when they strike the Earth.

The best thing that you can do is to educate yourself to find ways to be safe when Flim Flam is playing in your neighborhood.
